Shipping and Returns

Shipping & Processing Times
Unless otherwise noted, all items available on laurelsstainedglass.com are ready-to-ship with a 1-3 day order processing time. I ship within the US through USPS, and estimate 5-6 days until delivery.*

Please remember that a variety of factors outside of the control of myself or my studio can add considerable delays to these estimates.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Laurels Stained Glass is not responsible for lost packages or packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at the time of purchase. Please check that all of your information is correct at the time of check-out to ensure your pieces arrive to you! The customer is responsible for additional charges incurred for items that need to be re-shipped.

Laurels Stained Glass is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages during transit. 

If your item was damaged in transit, please email me detailed photos of both the item and the state of any and all packaging it arrived in within 24 hours of receipt so that I may help you file a claim with the carrier, and so that we can discuss possible repair or replacement options, if available. Replacements or repairs on items damaged in transit, and any related shipping charges related to replacements or repairs, are the financial responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Due to the fragile nature of stained glass art, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please contact me at laurelsstainedglass@gmail.com.

You may request a cancellation up to 24 Hours after your purchase for a refund** provided that you contact me before the item has been shipped. If your order is already on its way to you, it is not possible for me to cancel it.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you somehow received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Laurels Stained Glass is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages during transit. 

If your package arrives with damage to the box it arrived in, take photos of the condition of the box before you open it, in the event that a claim will need to be filed.

Replacements and repairs
Please understand that each item is handmade. Replacements or repairs may not always be an available option. In the event that a repair or replacement is requested, you may be asked to help cover some or all of the costs for return shipping and/or the cost of the repairs themselves, depending on the extent of the damage and/or the fault or circumstances under which the damage was sustained. In the very unlikely event that a piece sustains damage due to something I could have done better during its construction, I will always cover the costs of those repairs, but damage sustained in transit and/or due to mishandling by the customer cannot be covered by Laurels Stained Glass. Be sure to follow all care instructions provided with your piece to ensure its longevity and safe care (and please, don't use suction cups to hang your stained glass art).

*Within the continuous 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii will take longer.

**A 6% processing fee will be deducted from your total refund.
